Access the ZAAPTVLIVE app to stream internet channels that bring you coverage of live events like sport, news, family and kids shows, drama and talk shows. The choice continually grows as the ZAAPTV development team regularly find and add channels. Use the MYZAAPTV app to add TV channels and streams and share them with others. You can also easily access YouTube content and with the ZAAPTV app you can view local newspapers from the Middle East, Turkey and Africa and etc on your TV via the ZAAPTV HD309N receiver. The ZAAPTV HD309N media box is straightforward to use. Access the Menu and then choose Live TV and you will see the various region options like Arabic TV, Greek TV and so on. Click one of these and you will see 100's of icons each representing a channel. Click on the channel and after a few seconds the channel will start to play.
Various input and output ports and connections are provided including three USB ports, a HDMI port and a cable to connect to a HDMI device like a TV, or if your TV doesn't have HDMI you can use the analog RCA video/stereo audio ports (cable also included). There is SPDIF for connecting to a sound system, an ethernet port (again with included cable) for wired connections to your network devices and the wifi dongle (with USB cable) that is included attaches to one of the USB ports so you can connect the ZAAPTV HD309N to your own wireless network. Also included are a remote control with two AAA batteries, a power adapter and the Quick Start Guide.
The ZAAPTV HD309N supports WMV, VC1, Sorrenson Flash, H.264, MPEG1-4, V6, JPEG video formats; WMA 9.0/9.1/9.2, WMA Pro/Lossless, LPCM, MP3, MPEG4 AAC, Vorbis audio formats; ASF, FLV, MP4, MPEG-2 PS, DVD VOB, AVI, MOV, Xvid, FLV, Matroska container formats and NTSC/PAL TV formats. 480i, 480p, 720p, 720i, 1080p, 1080i video resolutions are supported.
